Diane came to New Zealand from England in 1986 where she had previously worked in data processing as a Computer Operations Manager for a large manufacturing organisation. Joining Research Solutions (now Synovate) in 1994, Diane was able to expand her data processing experience into the research field. In 2000, she moved into a research role within a development programme of on-site training.
Within the research department Diane found her ‘true calling’ as a qualitative researcher. She is a talented focus group moderator, with solid analytical skills. Diane has successfully completed a large number of qualitative projects stretching across a wide spectrum of topics, and proven to have solid skills as a quantitative analyst as well.
Current clients with whom she has worked closely include AMI and Ravensdown .
