Interviewing Team Manager

Before starting her career in Market Research Sue was a Proposals Engineer in the entertainment design and build sector in the UK.  Sue started with Synovate as an interviewer before rapidly moving into supervisory and management roles with the company. She has now been with us for eight years and is the backbone of our busy call centre, having also gained a Certificate in Call Centre Operations and becoming a Workplace Assessor for ETITO.

She is responsible for our intervieing team, and the myriad of staffing, training, and project management issues this entails.
