This research project was extremely thorough and formed a solid platform from which Farmers could confidently set about developing a new brand identity.  And, more importantly, it provided Farmers with invaluable insight into our customers’ needs and expectations when shopping in a department store.

As a result, not only do we have a highly visible new brand identity, but we have also developed a strategy to successfully reinvent the Farmers shopping experience.  This project is ongoing, however we have a firm base to build from thanks to the work undertaken by Voice, and Research Solutions.
